Plaster Work

Restore, Renew, Refurbish

Plaster work refers to construction or ornamentation done with plaster, such as a layer of plaster on an interior or exterior wall or plaster decorative mouldings on ceilings or walls. There are different types of plaster such as fibrous, lime, lime and horsehair, glass reinforced polyester (GRP) and glass reinforced gypsum (GRG). Plaster work can be used to create complex detailing for use in building interiors and exteriors. These may be simulating wood or stone, they may be naturalistic, simulating leaves, vines or floral patterns. Plaster work is versatile which means we can achieve any design or theme you require in any situation.

We are able to produce plaster works such as cornice, ceiling roses, columns, arches, dado rails, moulding pilasters and pillars, domes, vaulted ceilings, brick walls,  fir surrounds, fascias and any bespoke item.

All plaster works can be manufactured, supplied and fitted by our skilled craftsmen. We can also just supply and arrange for it to be delivered to site whether it is on a residential, commercial or retail basis.

Our team of skilled site technicians can arrange to visit you to fully review the design, the location and then offer options and ideas.

We have a wide range of corniche templates available but we also can produce bespoke designs on request.

We keep structured diaries for works to be done. We can offer accurate timescales for each project we are commissioned to do and pride ourselves in meeting deadlines and often exceeding expectations.

We will usually ask for 10% up-front on smaller projects and on larger projects we can offer staged payments. However each job is priced individually and payment terms agreed with a client in advance. We can accept cash although we prefer payments via internet banking.

Whatever stage of the process you’re at, we would be pleased to visit you and talk over ideas before providing you with a thorough quotation that can be revised as often as is required. This part of our service is offered free of charge and without and obligation on your part.
